How to Order

We are always ready to serve customers and it is very easy for ordering as follows:

1. If you are interested in wholesaling our sterling silver jewelry, please discover our collections and/or categories, and add the products you are interested in into the cart. If you have your own designs and want us to manufacture following your designs, please feel free to read our custom-made service information 

2. NO MINIMUM QUANTITY for wholesaling “If there are some products in our stock”. However, if there is nothing left in the stock and manufacturing is required, the minimum number of 30 pcs/price per design (except for very tiny items that we may ask for 100 pcs/price per design) is needed. 

*This minimum quantity can be flexible if you make a large order* 

3. Due to the fluctuation in the raw silver cost every day, we do not show the prices on the website because our current system does not support real-time prices right now. Therefore we will send you back a price list of items you selected for consideration. 

4. All prices are the export price at F.O.B. Bangkok. Customers may request prices in US$, Euro, Pound Sterling, or Thai Baht

5. Your order will be put into production once we got a 30% deposit (for the first order) or your approval on the proforma invoice.

6. The production time will take around 5-6 weeks. The lead time can be changed subject to the volume of each order or any unexpected circumstance ie: flooding. We will inform a customer of this new schedule.

7. When the order is finished, we will send the customer the invoice for payment.

8. Once receiving money from a customer, we will send the shipment right away.

9. The air waybill number will be informed so that customers can track the shipment by themselves.
